As 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, 2011, 2012 International award-winning winemakers (23 in total) owners Brooks & Lisa Hipgrave have the expertise to help you make the best tasting wine using the finest grape juices or the concentrates from the best growing regions around the world. They proudly present Vineco Wines representing the home winemaking division of Peller Estates. You can also create refreshing koolers in over 20 flavours. From the process of choosing your preferred wine, preparing the juice and sprinkling the yeast on the first visit. To bottling and corking and labeling on the second and final visit a few weeks later, Brisa makes it easy and fun. They will handle all the in-between steps to ensure a consistent quality beverage that is 100% guaranteed. They have the latest in easy-to-use bottling corking equipment. Personalized labels and shrink caps add a touch of distinction to your wine creation. They also offer 11 types of commercial quality beer made from Festa Brew (Magnotta Brewery just north of Toronto). Brooks and Lisa Hipgrave, started Brisa Fine Wine & Gifts in April of 2004. Since then we have sourced out new suppliers, increased the availability of our kits and won international acclamation for our wines in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. We are located beside Manhattans Pizza Bistro & Jazz Club at the corner of Gordon Street and Kortright Road.

We look forward to bringing you new experiences in wine appreciation by offering our Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze wine program. This allows us to offer a wine for all occasions for you and your friends to enjoy.
