The Wine List
Brisa offers four levels of wine kits for the avid collector or for those interested in having a delicious everyday table wine. Brisa also offers discounts on re-orders and we have monthly specials to promote grapes from around the world.
BrisaBronze
Our 4-week 7.5L wine kits are designed for the consumer who does not want to wait for their wines to mature. These wines have lighter acidity and a slightly lower alcohol content but they make great patio sippers and excellent pizza/pasta wines.
BrisaSilver
Our 5-week wine kits are 10L of high quality juice/concentrates. These kits provide excellent table wine in as little as 4 weeks after bottling and have a shelf life of 2+ years if stored properly. We offer many varieties to choose from.
BrisaGold
Our 6-week wine kits are either 16L of the best juice/concentrate blends available. These kits make terrific wines in as little as 6 months of cellaring, enhancement packages are available for these kits. Cellaring is recommended although not necessary. We have many varieties to choose from.
BrisaPlatinum
Our 8-week wine kits are 100% juice or 18L fermented on 2kg of crushed grape skins and represent the crème de la crème of the wine kit industry. These kits need to be cellared for a minimum of 9 months and will provide you with commercial quality wines at a fraction of the cost. We have many varieties to choose from and enhancement packages are recommended.
